Our Team Leader – Our Team leader is a highly experienced and knowledgeable Procurement Professional with 29 years of expertise in various roles and industries. He excels in negotiation and procurement contracts, possesses extensive knowledge of MRP systems, and demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He is adept at managing teams and driving them towards common goals, whether independently or as part of a group. His analytical and problem-solving abilities help identify cost-saving opportunities.
Buyer – Our experienced Buyers bring over 60 years of collective experience. This diverse group possesses a deep understanding of supply chain intricacies, employing a data-driven approach to ensure procurement decisions align seamlessly with both our customers and organisational objectives. Their analytical skills are complemented by a proficiency in building strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration throughout the procurement process, and contributing to the overall success of the business. This combined expertise positions our team as a valuable asset, offering a dynamic and comprehensive perspective in the realm of procurement.

MD and founder :Commencing his career at Airbus Group in 2002, our MD, Alu Kamara embarked on a journey that has spanned over two decades. As a qualified Aerospace Engineer, he started his career working on the A380 development program focusing on the wing design in Bristol UK which provided him with a profound understanding of materials and product manufacturability, a perspective that has been invaluable throughout his career.
In 2010, he was appointed as the Airbus Cost Saving Procurement Manager where he played a pivotal role in implementation of the Airbus Supplier Strategy in India, Turkey, and Eastern Europe thereby showcasing his adeptness at cultivating robust global partnerships.
He joined General Electric (GE) Aviation in 2014, as a Global Commodity Manager where he managed an annual spend portfolio exceeding 30 million USD.
In 2022, he took over the role as a Supply Chain Manager at a leading tech company producing cutting-edge laser, optics and electronics. His strategic procurement initiatives resulted in an impressive improvement of the mesured KPIs within his first six months.
